Gibraltar’s Crucial Compliance launch Behavioural Management Player Protection System
Responsible Gaming and Anti-Money Laundering Strategy specialist – Crucial Compliance – announces the first commercially available system based on advanced markers of harm that includes your own RG and AML models: Crucial Player Protection.
The Gibraltar based safer gambling consultancy, Crucial Compliance, has developed the first, from the ground up, behavioural-based monitoring system for player protection.
Crucial Player Protection (CPP) is designed to enable gaming companies to traverse regulation and create a safer gambling environment in one package.
CPP seamlessly combines player behaviour monitoring through advanced modelling, including full suite player management tools to provide compliance teams with the information to manage and interact with players at scale.
It also monitors and measures the customer’s change in behaviour against their own actions over time. This allows for better detection of harmful play which leads to gambling related harm, a real step forward for the gambling industry.
The system is dynamically designed to adopt the ever-changing regulation in all markets, and can be completely tailored to each product vertical across a single player view regardless of brand.
By ensuring that internal processes are intimately followed and fully tracking interactions, CPP gives operators absolute confidence that the information is correct at any point in time, while simply presenting compliance information to operators and regulators alike.
Paul Foster, CEO at Crucial said: “We see a shift in the global gambling industry towards a more sustainable way of conducting business.”
“Player protection is no longer a ‘nice to have’ but an essential part of any business model. With regulators often retrospectively changing their expectations, it is important that operators have an easy solution to track customer behaviour and interact in the right way at the right time. This software allows you to do just that.”
Andy Masters COO at Crucial added: “Your team’s goal is to prevent Gambling Related Harm and manage it accordingly.”
“We are very proud that we have developed a system that gives you a bird’s eye view of where you are in relation to your compliance goals and minimalizing risk to both players and operators.”
“Our commercial model is a simple; from fully supported and fully integrated right through to whole solution outright purchase or a mixture of both.”
