Royal Panda to exit Swiss Market

Online casino Royal Panda have today announced that they are due to the exit the Swiss market later this month on the 27th June. This move has come about due to the regulatory issues within the country.

Players from Switzerland who are already registered at the casino will no longer be able to play at the casino from the 27th June onwards. However, players will still be able to log in to the casino, this enabling them to withdraw any and all funds that are held in the casino.

Regulation continues to be an area of prime concern for iGaming operators. Only recently in the United Kingdom, the likes of Gamesys were fined a seven figure amount for not being fully compliant with the Gambling Commission’s full set of regulations.

No doubt 2019 will continue to see more operators leave various markets and territories based on regulatory and licensing concerns that may be held.
