FSB onboards former GVC CEA Ken Paterson

Global B2B sports betting iGaming supplier FSB has made another significant recruitment to their growing technology team with the appointment of former GVC Chief Enterprise Architect Ken Paterson.

Paterson, appointed Global Delivery Director, will be responsible for ensuring that FSB’s technical
procedures and infrastructures are in place to execute on-time, on-budget, high quality delivery for
FSB’s growing number of Tier 1 international clients as well as maintaining delivery of SLA
requirements for its existing partner base.

The richly experienced Paterson spent five years at GVC during a period of rapid hyper-growth for the
FTSE 100 company and his appointment follows the recruitment of fellow GVC leader Keith Laidlaw
into a board position at FSB.

Paterson joins the EGR Multi-Channel Supplier of the Year at a time of global growth for the EGR
with new major partnerships won across the newly regulated province of Ontario, various US states
and in Central Europe.

Dave McDowell, Chief Executive Officer at FSB, said: “Ken is another outstanding hire into our
growing, global technology team.”

“As we continue to scale across multiple continents, it was clear we needed to recruit a major
industry figure to enable us to continue to put delivery at the very top of our focus.”

“With Ken’s top of the market, Tier 1 experience he was the clear choice to fill this role and we’re thrilled to have him on board.”

Ken Paterson, Global Delivery Director at FSB, said: “FSB’s transformation into a Tier 1 supplier over
the last 12 months has been hugely impressive and it was no surprise to see the organisation pick up
a major EGR award last month.”

“My job now is to build on the vast experience I accrued at GVC and put technical procedures in
place to make sure FSB continues to deliver for their rapidly increasing global client base. I’m hugely
excited to get started.”
