What are the iGaming Representatives at Casinomeister?

One thing that set Casinomeister’s forum apart from other forums is that we have the most active iGaming representative membership online. Why is this you may ask? Well it’s probably due to the history of our forum. We have been online since 1998, and during the early years our forum was a source of information for many people who evidently became professionally involved with the online casino industry. Many of these folks have been following what’s been going on at Casinomeister for years.

Another thing – Casinomeister’s forum has also been used as a tool by players to solve problems with online casinos. So many iGaming reps joined so that they could interact with players.

But one main reason they are so active, is because of our awesome members. Casinomeister is the advocate of fair play, and our most active members amplify this and will nip in the bud any trolls or other assholes who harass or disrespect any members to include our igaming representatives. We have strict rules against flaming and being an ass-hat troll. And personally, I don’t put up with any trollish bullshit.

So igaming reps have always felt welcomed and appreciated in our forum. We have different types of iGaming representative accounts. We have the standard iGaming rep. These guys hang out and hope that their property becomes an accredited casino. These people can be casino managers, sometimes they are executives, sometimes software developers. Then we have affiliate managers who are primarily concerned about marketing their casinos or assisting webmaster affiliates. They are sometimes the first line of communications when it comes to dealing with complaints.

And then we have the coveted Casino representative for Accredited casinos. These guys and gals are instrumental in communicating about their casinos, answering questions about games, software, or policies, and are instrumental in solving problems. We also have Affiliate managers of accred affiliate programs who also handle complaints but also publish promotions and special offers to our players.

If you want to contact an igaming rep, it’s quite simple – just send them a private message by clicking their link in their member account. Please keep in mind, most of these people do not work weekends, so be a bit patient. Also, please not if they have not been online for a while. Accredited reps and affiliate managers are required to maintain their account and log in regularly.

If they are unresponsive, or haven’t logged in for a couple of weeks, please let me or the other admins know. Sometimes these guys go on vacation and haven’t had someone to fill in. We need to know so that their casino property is covered by having a rep in the forum.

If you post a complaint in the forum, please keep the complaint free from abusive language ( I know you’re probably pissed off), and please – please send a PM to the appropriate casino rep to let him or her know that you have posted a problem that you’d like resolved.

You can also befriend these members within their account page – but please keep in mind not to nag these people for bonuses or casino complaint that you’re not winning enough, that’s a sure fire way to have your account disabled to contact these people.
