Casinomeister Halloween 2019 – Three Tales of Terror

Happy Halloween to all visitors to Casino Gazette, it’s Halloween and this can mean only one thing, it is time for the annual Casinomeister Halloween Three Tales of Terror video. In this spooktacular video, Bryan touches upon three issues that have been affecting the good name of the iGaming industry during 2019, issues which we have reported on here at Casino Gazette!

First up is the diabolical behaviour of a handful of casino affiliate webmasters who have been throwing up single pages, or in some cases entire sites, dedicated to the UK self exclusion tool GamStop. GamStop allows people who may have a gambling problem to self exclude from all online casinos licensed by the UK Gambling Commission, by registering with the site.

Unfortunately these rogue casino affiliates have specifically targeted search terms such as ‘Casinos Not on GamStop‘ and in doing so have created listings of unlicensed casinos that accept UK players illegally, which do not partake in the GamStop service.

Not only are these pages and sites deliberately targeting individuals with a gambling problem, providing them with a means to get around their own self imposed self exclusion, but the casinos listed are invariably all rogued at Casinomeister and for very good reason.

Second of the the three tales regards slot streamers that use fake money, who pretend to their audience on YouTube, Twitch and where-ever, that the bank roll and funds they use are their very own monies.

One such streamer managed to accidentally out himself in a live video stream a few months ago. We covered this particular incident here on Casino Gazette in our fake slot streamers article.

Last up and the third tale of terror, concerns the licensing jurisdiction of Curacao and their master licence Cyberluck CuraƧao N.V. 1668/JAZ.

This licence that has been issued to many a blacklisted online casino, enables online casinos to be setup and many have been caught with their pants down, utilising hacked and pirated casino game software.

Keep safe out there and have a Happy Halloween!
