SBTech in deal with Swedish Operator Svenska Spel
SBTech who are responsible for building and developing sports betting platforms for iGaming operators have this afternoon announced a deal with Swedish state owned operator, Svenska Spel, to provide them with a brand new sportsbook platform.
Svenska Spel who were the first such iGaming operator to be regulated and licensed by Spelinspektionen, are expected to go live with the new sportsbook product delivered by SBTech, by mid 2020.
SBTech who provide sports betting software to over 50 iGaming operators are an award winning outfit and are the current EGR Sports Betting Provider of the year holder for 2019.
Speaking about the deal that will see his company provide Svenska Spel with an all inclusive sports betting solution, Andrew Cochrane, Chief Development Officer of SBTech said: “We are incredibly proud and excited to have been awarded this partnership with Svenska Spel Sport and Casino AB following a an extremely rigorous selection process.”
