In Excess of 100 Operators keen on Dutch License

Holland’s gambling regulator the Kansspelautoriteit (KSA), has reported interest from over 100 iGaming operators in obtaining a license from the authority when remote gambling in the country becomes legal.

Back in February player advocate site Casinomeister reported that the Dutch government gave the green light to legalise and regulate online gambling, with the  result being the ability to legally operate in Holland has attracted keen interest.

Two year previously the lower house in the Dutch government voted in favour to allow remote operators to be able to target Dutch residents.

René Jansen, the Chairman of the Kansspelautoriteit (KSA) has been quoted as stating that legalised online gambling in the country would commence at the start of 2021.
